Rasha Thadani, who kickstarted the new year with a sizzling dance number Uyi Amma from her upcoming movie Azaad is now facing much backlash as well. The 19 years old daughter of Raveena Tandon is getting many negative comments for doing such item number at a young age and in her very first film. Netizens also called out Rasha’s mom Raveena for letting her daughter do an item song.
Rasha also would be the first nepo-star to do an item song in her first film as none of earlier nepo-stars including Sara Ali Khan, Alaya F, Janhvi Kapoor or Shraddha Kapoor did a dance number in their first film… let alone some like Alia Bhatt and Sara hasn’t done a dance number yet.
However, the actress is also getting praised for her expressions and dance moves with many comparing her with Katrina Kaif, who has been the undisputed item song queen along with being a leading Bollywood actress as well.
